Melissa directs all research design, execution, analysis and interpretation of results for Sprout's clients. She holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Marketing Research Methodology and Applications from the acclaimed Burke Institute. Melissa has orchestrated research efforts focused on customer satisfaction, voice of customer, and internal organization perceptions. Research-focused clients have included Willow Stick, the Archery Trade Association, The American Academy, VMI Nutrition, and other notable companies and organizations. Melissa has also served in numerous community service roles, including Chairperson for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life fundraising event in Park City, Utah.  She holds an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Marquette University.
